Terms & Conditions
General terms and catering agreements for RS Catering operations.
1. Deposits and Bookings
To secure your event date, RS Catering requires a non-refundable 50% deposit upon contract signature. Dates are only confirmed once payment has cleared into our bank account.
2. Final Numbers & Dietary Requirements
Final guest counts and precise dietary requirement details (e.g., Vegan, Halaal friendly, Celiac) must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event date to ensure proper food procurement and scheduling.
3. Cancellations & Payments
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event, full event costs may be charged to cover non-refundable ingredient purchases and staffing bookings.
4. Equipment & Breakages
Any loss or damage to RS Catering property, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, or catering equipment caused by event guests will be billed to the client on the final invoice.
